I just want to say that TJ & CHRIS D, are amazing salesmen. They got me a beautiful reliable transportation and they were very friendly would HIGHLEY recommend both of them! I believe chris is in financing but he's funny and amazing!! 10/10 service ❤️ and on top of that, tj went out of his way, and picked me up because I didnt have a ride due to the car situation A+

Traded in a jeep for 2022 Ram earlier this week. Within 24 hours the battery was absolutely dead which I had to replace myself due to how late in the day it was. I went to get a reimbursement and a checklist of pre certified checks done to the vehicle. When I was getting the checklist from the salesmen after finishing with finance and wanting to discuss the checklist he seemed more interested in watching the soccer game on his computer than he did helping resolve my concerns. I found this SUPER disrespectful and ended the conversation so I could leave and not blow my cool. It seems the salesmen don't really care about trying to get you the best deal they can or making sure you are taken care of as a customer, don't get me wrong I love my truck but customer service needs some work. Tyler in finance was amazing and seemed to be working harder to get my issues resolved then the salesman. Tyler was the best part of going to yark. I understand there is always some BS with buying a car but I would have loved to see the salesman put in a little more effort into caring about my experience.

Has an appointment for a recall. They got me in and driving out of the parking lot in under 45 minutes. They scared me at first and said it would be about 2 to 3 hours to get it done once started. Great job!

Absolutely ridiculous! They are not keeping me updated. Not answering the phone or text timely! Took them 2 days to do damn brakes! Seriously they had to order brake pads?! The shop at the corner has brake pads in stock! This service manager and experience was awful!!

Extremely disappointed in the way my fiancé and I were handled over the weekend by salesman Matt. Not only did he make assumptions about what a bank would or wouldn’t approve due to our potential trade-in, but also ran my fiancé’s credit today without her permission or being present claiming that “we spoke about this over the weekend” and laughed about it as she expressed how upset she was about this specifically because we never even made it into the finance office to give permission or sign anything. As a former customer of two vehicles from this company at the moment, I have always spoken highly of Yark and the way they handle customers, but Saturday’s experience has changed that for us and we do not wish to work with Matt ever again. Make this right folks, especially running a person’s credit without written consent and formal interest in the vehicle after being denied access to the finance department by the salesman due to first “there’s nothing to discuss” to then “we’ll give you a call on Monday once the manager returns”. Feels pretty illegal.

You sold my daughter a lemon! It's been under three months since we paid cash for a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee this vehicle was doomed from the factory line. Yark get this issue taken care of We paid cash I called management he restricted my calls from there auto group because I told him to make it right.. Get this done right gentlemen

i usually don't write reviews but here i go. We bought a new 2022 Wagoneer and was doing fine until about a 6 weeks ago. The battery saver light came on at different times and would cut to radio of to save battery. Took it in at end of August and the put the little computer on and said no big deal should be able to drive with no problem - said next available appointment would be September 15. Long story short - the car quit running at a busy intersection 2 weeks ago, had to call a tow truck, towed to Yark. called today and they said the part has been on back order and have no idea when it will be in, I said i need the vehicle to go up north this weekend and was told that is not going to happen. WOW - Go figure - Jeep is a Toledo icon and cannot get a part for the Jeep vehicle.

Bought a car for my wife that had less than 44,000 miles on it was not informed of the electrical issues which are covered under the bumper-to-bumper warranty they gave us. Then when trying to claim the warranty, they’re trying to push out our service until after the warranty expires. Would not recommend buying a used car from the yark.
