I went in for an emergency issue that could have caused serious injuries to me and my passengers. After my car was diagnosed, the problem was detected and corrected. I worked with Chris, who was empathic and assured me that he and the technicians would get my car back to safe driving. It's been 2 weeks. So far, so good. Great place. No pressure.

The sales and financial staff were excellent. The opportunity with this dealership is the service department. I bought a certified used vehicle over the $40K price point a few weeks ago. I have since had to replace all the window wiper blades (approx $100) and both the interior air filter and the engine air filter which looked like they've never been replaced (approx $100). If you complete a 125 point inspection i would assume these small details would be addressed.

Lynn Zietler was so helpful and knowledgeable helping me lease my new van, the Pacifica touring L plus. She spent as much time as I needed to understand all the features this van has. She not only talked me through them, but actually showed me and had me return the demonstration to be sure I knew how to do it! Lynn made sure I knew how to reach her anytime if I have any questions after I left Her! Yarks and their sales associate Lynn Zeitler are a top notch company! The service department was extremely helpful on dealing with 3 recalls on my vehicle. Collin O’Connell was pleasant to deal with. Answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend and use their service department for any future issues.

I had my car accident back in May ‘24. It took a few months but that was expected because of the damage. Andrea kept me updated when something couldn’t be fixed and told me how they were going to go about getting the part. She ensured that my vehicle was clean when I got my vehicle back.
