Let me start off by saying James is THEE best! So is their sales manager. I feel so bad that I forgot his name. Anywho the point is that they both made the entire experience hassle free and truly amazing! The hardest part was the 3 hour Uber trip to get there from Grand Rapids Michigan.I will say, I would do it again if I had to. The vehicles here are in phenomenal condition. Low mileage with prices that are almost impossible to beat. I know that everyone says that, but seriously just go online and compare. You'll see its the truth. James genuinely cares for his customers and will work with you the best he can to get you into something that fits your needs.Many other dealerships I've been to in my state have tried to get over on me. The treatment I received at Yark Mazda wasn't anything close to that. Give James a call. He will help you thru the process and will honestly answer any questions that you have so that you understand every option clearly. I absolutely LOVE my new vehicle!!! (2020 Jeep Cherokee) Now me and my family don't have to wait at the bus stop during these cold Michigan winters. After my experience at Yark Mazda, I won't go anywhere else for a vehicle!

I brought my Mazda in for an oil change. They honored the coupon from the My Mazda app, so the oil change, tire rotation, and overall check up was reasonably priced. The sitting area is comfortable, and the staff is professional. Booking the appointment online was very convenient.
