We had our truck undercoated for rust at Ziebart Toledo and the whole experience was great. They did a quick pre-check before scheduling to make sure the vehicle was in good condition for spraying, which I really appreciated. The drop-off and pickup were simple and efficient. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain the process and any details I should keep an eye on afterward. It’s clear they care about doing quality work and making things easy for their customers. Highly recommend!

Not a Detail. Just a Pricey Wipe Down.
I went to Ziebart twice for a full detail and left disappointed both times. The job I received was more of a basic wash than anything close to a real detail.
On the first visit, I noticed the engine bay hadn’t been cleaned. I asked the guy working there if it was supposed to be included (since, yes, it’s called a detail), and he said it was, then went back and did it after I pointed it out. That alone was frustrating.
Once I got home and could really inspect the car, I saw how bad the job was. Stains were still on the seatbelts (which obviously weren’t even touched), cupholders still had crumbs and grime, the gas cap area was dirty, and the door and trunk jams were untouched. Even the bugs on the front bumper hadn’t been cleaned off.
I called to complain and was told the manager would call me back. She did, and had me bring the car in again. I told them the same problems: dirty handles, visor mirrors, the roof console (still visibly marked), and more. The staff told me they “don’t clean the headliner” and said they likely “forgot” the visors and handles because they’re close to the headliner. That’s not how a detail should work. Forgetting large, obvious areas isn’t a small mistake, it’s the opposite of attention to detail.
After the second visit, many of the same issues were still there. The photos I’ve attached were taken after the second cleaning. The stains are plain as day. The job was sloppy, inconsistent, and not worth anything near the $300 I paid.
If you’re considering Ziebart for detailing, I’d look elsewhere. They charge premium prices but deliver basic, careless results.

Totally unprofessional!!! Wasted my whole day. What's the point of making an appointment if you can't keep to it. Been trying to book an appointment for a few weeks and finally got a day and time I was free but it was a total waste of my day off. And the staff are so arrogant, showing no concern. And didn't even keep me informed on why I was still waiting over an hour of my appointment time. Eventually had to leave. They didn't even try to reschedule me or anything. Just said "goodbye". Zero customer service!!! SMH!
I would go elsewhere.

Had the undercoat sprayed of my Jeep Wrangler and they did the inner liners as well. it looks great they did a great job. they were professional and they asked if something could be done before they did it. I liked that. They did it all quickly. Dropped off nite before I picked during lunch I was very impressed so I definitely recommend ziebart. Thank you.

Used vehicle rust proofing this is the second truck I've taken to them. Great job each time it stops tge frame rust makes the whole truck look better an ads value I believe
