“Everything was good. Had the parts I needed on a Saturday afternoon when no one else was open. Wasn't the air through caps I wanted I should of checked before I left (my fault) but I made them work regardless.”

“I remember when...AZ had parts manuals (yes, paper back books? used to look up and/or cross-reference manufacturers; at least for simple items: spark plugs, air, oil, and cabin filters, etcetera). They do not have those now; luckily, this store has a very friendly staff that's ready, willing and, most importantly, knowledgeable enough to help and, in my case, got me out of the store in record time....I should have been more thankful, so I'll do that now:You guys are great, thanks for the help??”

“I was leaving the Weirton area from out of town with my family, and I got a flat tire. It was a Saturday evening and right before the Auto Center was closing. I was desperate because we had to get back home that evening and no other shops were open.
When I told Matt, the service manager, my story, he said they would change my tire even though it meant they would stay past closing time. I couldn’t have been more impressed. He even chased down my daughter’s balloon when it escaped out of our car right as we were leaving.
