“Finally had an oil change and tire rotation done in under 2 hours. I’ve been bringing vehicles here for years and it’s always slow having service done. I told them about a part I needed when I called to schedule this time and yet they still had to order said part when my appointment came a week later. So I’ll have to go back for that install.”

“I remember when...AZ had parts manuals (yes, paper back books? used to look up and/or cross-reference manufacturers; at least for simple items: spark plugs, air, oil, and cabin filters, etcetera). They do not have those now; luckily, this store has a very friendly staff that's ready, willing and, most importantly, knowledgeable enough to help and, in my case, got me out of the store in record time....I should have been more thankful, so I'll do that now:You guys are great, thanks for the help??”

He handled the trade in of my old car and took so much time with my daughter, finding her the perfect vehicle. In the past, he helped my mom purchase her car and she recommended him to me. “I was leaving the Weirton area from out of town with my family, and I got a flat tire. It was a Saturday evening and right before the Auto Center was closing. I was desperate because we had to get back home that evening and no other shops were open.
When I told Matt, the service manager, my story, he said they would change my tire even though it meant they would stay past closing time. I couldn’t have been more impressed. He even chased down my daughter’s balloon when it escaped out of our car right as we were leaving.
