Rosie and Ricky went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and made sure I understood my options before making a purchase. “I stopped into AutoZone in Wintersville after experiencing issues with what I thought was my battery. I had it tested last week on the way home from Pittsburgh at a different store & they said it was fine yet my car continued having issues with starting up.
The young man who helped me was fantastic! He saw the issue (failing battery) right away, sold me the appropriate battery for my car, installed it & then tested my alternator!
I have not been able to drive in quite awhile due to my health & the help I received today was excellent!

“I remember when...AZ had parts manuals (yes, paper back books? used to look up and/or cross-reference manufacturers; at least for simple items: spark plugs, air, oil, and cabin filters, etcetera). They do not have those now; luckily, this store has a very friendly staff that's ready, willing and, most importantly, knowledgeable enough to help and, in my case, got me out of the store in record time....I should have been more thankful, so I'll do that now:You guys are great, thanks for the help??”

“I was leaving the Weirton area from out of town with my family, and I got a flat tire. It was a Saturday evening and right before the Auto Center was closing. I was desperate because we had to get back home that evening and no other shops were open.
When I told Matt, the service manager, my story, he said they would change my tire even though it meant they would stay past closing time. I couldn’t have been more impressed. He even chased down my daughter’s balloon when it escaped out of our car right as we were leaving.
