  Have had JCC for over 3 years and use internet heavily everyday for work. Have never experienced a bad outage, speeds are great, customer service is good and price is no different than any other service provider. Not sure what everyone is complaining about…

  Started off good for the first couple of weeks. Now over a month later I lose service every single night for at least an hour. Last night it went down around 8pm and still isn't up at 5am.
