My wife and I appreciate the friendly service both inside and at the drive through window. We have never had a problem since moving to Toronto in January, 2017.

Went to the pharmacy with sister today. Had problems with getting her medication that was there already in the system. The woman that was checking us out at the pharmacy was very rude and nasty to my sister. We went back in not long after because we realized the medication we went for was not in the bag. Only to be told it's not in the system and the lady said that the doctor may have taken it off. Was very rude about saying this. My sister called her doctor and was told she didn't remove it. Thank you the woman at Walgreens pharmacy for making this a stressful and horrible experience only to have to pay more money for an appointment and medication.

This is walgreens now. Me and my friend were falsely accused of stealing because we walked out of the store without buying anything-- which i understand, yet is still very far fetched. I offered to let the employee check my bag, yet he didn't want to, and when we walked out he yelled "thieves." They had no proof of us stealing anything, we have never stolen any time in our life so why would we now?? It's a small town, there's nothing to do besides walk around and go inside of stores. He was completely ignorant while doing this, handling it immaturely. Me, as a minor, could've handled that better myself. He didn't check the cameras for us "stealing" either. We were innocently walking around looking at the makeup section, when all of a sudden he walks up behind us, and says "Go ahead, snap, walk around and steal all of our stuff" or something similar to that. Overall, this was a HORRIBLE and IRRITATING experience, and we will not be coming back until later today to talk to one of the employee's in person. Don't accuse someone of stealing unless you have literal, legitimate proof of them stealing. Thanks. Not really.

They do not follow manufacturer coupons and make up their own rules, but still charge the coupon. That doesn’t seem right.
