The customer service is great at the store I do not know what the customer service is like through the corporation but the store is great for me that's a big deal I will travel to where the service is good make the trip no matter where you're at in the area and you'll be happy you did

This location seemed nice however the salesman working is a scam artist. Offered a “deal” and then denied it. After leaving I look and he over charged me for the 2 phones I bought. I’ve been a customer for 10 yrs. This is unacceptable.

I went in to get a new phone and plan and was told by customer service I could keep my number. I went to this location and no matter how many times I said I wanted to keep my original number the guy just kept pushing me to get a new number and iPhone. In the store there were several different iPhones that were listed as free or 50$ , they were older models of course but i didn’t mind. But he kept pushing the iPhones that weren’t free. When I said no I don’t wanna change my number or pay that much for the phone that he suggested he just shrugged and said I’m sorry dear. I went to a different location and was able to keep my number and get the phone I wanted for cheap. I would recommend any other location.

Theo is the best, he helped me get a new phone, and a new service carrier. I would highly recommend him for all your needs. The metro in Trenton Ohio is the best store to go to. He setup my phone for me, transfered all my pictures and videos and apps over to the new phone. I was a cricket customer and now I am a metro customer. Have a wonderful day.

After having a terrible experience at another metro for the past few days, i ended up giving them one more chance and drove a little out of the way to this one. Theo helped me so much and provided amazing service. you can tell at this metro location customer service is very important.

Both times we visited this location it was great the service was excellent and the guys who work there are very helpful we saved a lot of time and money plus their hours are good for people who work later hours

As always, today, Theo~Metro PCS in Trenton, Ohio~PATIENTLY addressed and corrected my auto-pay concerns/issues with efficiency; also giving me time-framed, result oriented answers to the issues he was unable to resolve right away. He did all of this on a phone call! I was unable to visit the store today related to my physical conditions, and Theo's compassion and thorough understanding was shown in the time and effort put forth ensuring that I received the excellent customer care and service that has ALWAYS been given to me at this location!Trenton's MetroPCS is the ONLY Metro store that has ever had nice people with great experiences but Theo goes above and beyond every single time! I'm so grateful for this blessing! Thank you!?
