I’ve had a storage unit at this facility for over a year and absolutely recommend it! The units are clean. I’ve never seen any rodents or even signs of mice, etc… I’ve never had issues accessing my unit or anyone else attempting to access it. Tammy, in the office, is wonderful and helpful with any questions I’ve had. I would highly recommend renting a storage unit through Wayne Madison Store and Lock!!

Very nice and well maintained storage facility. I’ve had a couple units here for the fast few years and have never had an issue. Nikki has always been quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I have ever had.

Love the staff! I get a reminder text before the 5th of the month.. I never have to pay a late charge fee! The storage facility is clean, safe and meets our expectations. We store our travel trailer here.

I've helped people move things in and out of a storage unit plenty of times, but I've never rented one myself. I emailed Wayne Madison Store & Lock with a few questions last night and had a response from Nikki the next morning answering all of my questions. I was able to get a storage unit at a great price compared to other facilities in the area and move what I needed in the same day. Thank you Nikki for being so kind and efficient!
