A family member of mine stopped by to get a prescription filled for a condition that was causing them severe pain. They were told it would take 30 minutes to fill it, so told the pharmacist they would be back at 4 PM to pick it up. No problem, says the pharmacy staff. So they showed back up at 4 and are met with locked doors and dark windows- the pharmacy had closed SIX HOURS EARLIER than the posted hour of 9 PM. No phone call letting them know to pick up the scrip earlier. No "actually you'll need to come by before 4 because we're closing early today" when they communicated their plan to the staff. Just an absolutely ridiculous lack of care and empathy, as if people aren't filling critical prescriptions for life-impacting conditions. Fucking appalling.

So I go there at 8 pm and they were “ unexpectedly “ closed. They cannot transfer my meds to another Walgreens either. It’s a Friday night on a holiday weekend. They told me I’d have to call my doctor. Like he’s gonna answer! Thanks for the crap service!

the worst when picking up your prescription...tonight over 25 minutes only 2 cars in front of me..tell them to circle around while waiting when there is others

Any time I try to pick up my prescription it takes forever. I’m sitting in the line now and it’s been at least 15 minutes and the line hasn’t moved. The same two cars are a head of me. I’m moving all my prescriptions to Kroger.

Terrible customer service, waited in the pharmacy line for over 20 minutes without being greeted or anything then when the girl came to the window she was still chewing her food
