This WU Kroger # 831 location is not good with basic money transfers. WU money transfers are are advertised as easy, fast and convenient. Supposed to be able to start online, or with the WU app and pay with cash in the store. Not here! Never mind the big Western Union sign on their wall that shows a mobile phone with the app on it. What is the point of this location, if they are unable or unwilling to do basic transfers? I wonder if Western Union knows that customers are turned away from this location? Seems like WU is losing money on this one.
