Went in to get a diagnostic done for my front driver side wheel, told them my car was shaking and I could hear a sound coming from there, they told me it was a bad drive shaft, and clearly that wasn’t the issue because 15 minutes after I left their shop my wheel broke off of my car. Called them and told them what happened and they refuse to take accountability for not giving me a proper diagnosis.

A guy named Gary kept my car in the parking space for a whole entire week and he didn't fix the problem with my car. He made up excuses on why he didn't finish the job. It's a busy shop but he lied and said he would fix It and call me back and he never did. It was the worst.
