Eh this place is alright, but please be weary when you buy any ACCESSORY you will not get a REFUND whatsoever maybe you can trade it in for something else...if the package isn't opened, it should be printed on the receipt or anywhere in that matter but I'm just warning you all before you end up like me lol I'm out 50 bucks because of it so remember ACCESSORY PAYMENTS ARE FINAL!! Uwu

Willie, the store manager was extraordinary. He checked both my phone and my daughters and helped me get my claim approved for a new phone. He stayed on the phone with customer service until they approved it. He was a lifesaver.

Be aware! This store will make up imaginary fees and charge you more than what the phones are worth. I went to go see about a deal to upgrade an iPhone and they quoted an overcharge of almost $60. I declined the sale and went to another Boost store and they didn’t charge me that extra $60. They just honored what was on the deal. Do not go to this one I repeat do not go to this store!
