We are so thankful for Sheryle and Copy & Go Printing in our neighborhood. We have a lot of print needs and we were traveling several miles for our print jobs. Sheryle is right here, less than 5 minutes away. I have only received excellent and knowledgeable printing services from Copy & Go. Customer service is not the best. Horrible attitude and interactions multiple times. I try to support black businesses. But I will drive on the other side of town and pay more money to not deal with this lady.

No color copies. She seemed rushed. One of her comments to the person ahead of me was, "I don't have time," as if has being a nuisance for coming in.

My experience with Ms. Carter and Copy & Go Printing was not the best experience! From the moment I got there until the end of transaction it just was not good. She is not the most kindest person. She is very rude and also condescending. I am a very shy person and never go anywhere by myself for the first time. I figured I would be okay at least I thought! She made me feel so uncomfortable and d**** First impression should be your last but I am a person of second chances a benefit of doubt kind of person. The next visit was worst than the first. She did not remember me from the previous day! Well since she closed early on Saturday and was closed on Monday maybe she didn't remember. I guess if you're not a regular customer of hers she just not that nice to you and she just treat you like dirt. I felt like I was getting on her nerves a nuisance to her. She was more inviting and engaging to her regular customer. I sat there while they converse. Then she realized that I was just sitting there and my grandson. She accused me of downloading things on her laptop when I showed her my 3 downloads she admitted that that was all of her things. No Apologies for assuming that I did such a thing. I placed my order she seemed upset that I didn't bring the first quote she gave me back with me this time. I kind of wished I did because the numbers were similar at first until the end a whole total transction a very different amount. At this point I didn't care I just needed the prints for my business. Needless to say that was not the worst part 1. She didn't remember me 2. Still rude 3. Product was not done well 4. She cheated me out of my money and did not complete my order. 5. She knew that she should have sent me to Fly prints to begin with. I asked for 6 prints I only received 3 prints. I just got my items and proceeded to leave. I am not a confrontational person. As my grandson and I reach the door she then begins to tell me that what I really needed was across the street to her competitor! Wow and she was right because he had everything I needed. I'm out of more money and took a huge loss but it's worth it that I never have to use this lady again for my business and that her competitor is way more pleasant and friendlier to deal with! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LADY FOR NOTHING SHE IS RUDE AND A THIEF! You can thank me later!
