The prices on the shelves dont match what you are charged. I watched the cashier repeatedly, including myself n a few other customers, tell people pay the price it rings up or don't buy it when we complained that wasnt the price on the shelf.. It's not too much to expect truth in price tags n a cashier not to be rude. Trotwood deserves much better.

Just wanted to share that shopping at CVS on 1001 E Main St in Trotwood has been a pleasant experience, especially since I retired and can take time to browse and find unexpected sales and deals on various items. Service By staff at the pharmacy counter and staff in the store overall is excellent. Even when busy the staff is friendly and helpful. Its good for the Trotwood community.

Imagine my disappointed when I saw that the pharmacy had canceled my 10:30 am appointment scheduled for a Covid shot at 9:48 am. on 8/31/2024. I kept my appointment because I was unaware it was canceled on such short notice. My husband and I did receive the vaccine. Going forward, please beware how difficult it is for seniors to suddenly change plans with less than an hours notice.

The lady at the front register in the store in Trotwood is very nasty unfriendly and mean. I refuse to shop inside that store anymore because I will not be giving my money to a store that allow this kind of behavior. When you work with the public, you have to be friendly And courteous and respect people, the way you would want to be respected.

I was in the store to get a gift card CVS this was awful, please train your clerk to know how to do a gift card. It was a sad situation this lady ask for my driver license, for a gift card are you kidding me.She tells me I had to pay with cash, I said no, I do not and she said yes, then ask me if the card I was using, if it was my bank card, what difference did it make if it was a credit card??If the person doesn't know, it does not hurt to ask for help. I had to call another clerk over to help the lady, and she still kept saying she knew what to do and she did not.I have shop at CVS for years and this is the first time it was this awful.

Pharmacists will give you conflicting information or downright lie to you about the status of prescriptions. Often the people working the phones won't listen to you when you call and explain issues to them. Very frustrating.
