They had pictures of the new building on Kettering Boulevard, this building was neat and clean not a lot of stuff because they're going to move but very nice store”

“This store should be a customer service model for all businesses. The minute you walk in someone asks if they can help you find something. The staff is always knowledgable about whatever you ask of them. This store always seems to have whatever I need. Some items are a little pricier than the big stores but I've also found many times their prices were cheaper than Lowes - and it is certainly worth the convenience of not having to drive to Huber Heights or Trotwood. This store and its staff are outstanding in every respect.”

But Max tracked them down for me, found a supplier, let me know a timeline, researched 2 day air shipment options, & communicated fantastic! I ended up finding the parts through a faster path for me to get them sooner but Max was everything you could ask for with help & service.”

“Great overall experience. I live about an hour away from C&C and made the drive because of their quality inventory they had in stock. I was immediately greeted by Conner when I went in and asked if I needed any help. To be honest, I had done most of my research online before I went in and already knew what mower I wanted. But it was nice to be able to pick Conners brain and hear about his first hand experiences with the mower I was looking at. He took the time to show me around the mower, showed me how everything operated, and even explained the maintenance schedule to me. I bought the mower and couldn't be happier. I was so overly impressed with the service, I even left with a leaf blower that I didn't even know I needed. I will recommend this place to all my friends that need a mower. Who knows, maybe I might just send them that way to buy a hat. Either way, you can't fo wrong dealing with C&C, they are great in my book.”

“I just want to share that Sharon in the plumbing department is an absolute angel! We purchased our first home and of course everything seems to be falling apart! It’s 700 pm on a Saturday night and we get a pinhole leak in our hot water pipe leading to the washer we’re trying to install..we race over to Home Depot in hopes we can fix it ourselves before calling Roto Rooter again!! Sharon was so helpful and kind, we showed her pics of the situation and she shared her knowledge with us. She even took time finding the copper pipe cutter we would need. I have store photos above) So, If they don't have it he will get it for you.. #It will take SOME *TIME ⏰ But, quality items in this day and age, DOES Take Time (it will get here) Our mailing system is not what it use to be at all. Big corp wants good stores like this not to survive. Not get good quality things at their fingers to buy. This store has to deal with speciality USA companies like themselves, to order your things. Not a big Corp. store. The people work at a slower pace to fill a order not this store. Then Mail is slow...I really liked this store. I find what I need and more. I like supporting our small businesses that are LEFT for us to shop. You will too if you keep in mind they try to do for others.Their is Knowledgeable people running this Home Town Store.. It's Clean, well organized & friendly. A Great find Here in the Town of Brookville, Ohio.”
