“WOW! I have been in a lot of places that sell tools, but this one is absolutely amazing.Most places I've been in have been industrial Supply stores which sell some combination of tools and maratime gear and equipment, matching tools, welding tools, fasteners, or cable, chain, and hoses of all kinds. This place has tools, and an amazing selection of tools. These are the kind of tools you need if you work in a vehicle repair shop, or some place that requires quality and specialty hand tools. This is the place you go to buy quality tools at a fair price, instead of a tool truck. This place had more than you would ever find on any tool truck. Simply an amazing store.”
“Been using this hardware store the last couple weeks. As a contractor, they have been amazing as a local area expert, as well as very reasonably priced. Very comparable to blowes or depot on price. Also a great place to get screens or windows repaired.”

“The employees of Woodcraft of Dayton are amazing. My husband wanted to take up woodworking. He's shopped here off and on through the years and now is getting serious about this hobby. My parents wanted to give him items for Christmas. I went in the store in early November and talked to Tony. He was a huge help. Tony told me to bring in the wish list and he'd get it taken care of for us. I went back the following week with my parents and the wish list. Tony took the list and went around the store finding everything for us. My parents and I had no idea what we were looking for. I know if we would have been at a big box store we would have been lost, overwhelmed, and frustrated. Tony made the process almost as easy as giving a gift card. He ordered the items that weren't in the store. All of the employees were very kind and helpful. I'd give 10 stars if Google would let me.”

“It's a Harbor Freight! Store is always stocked well, If you don't see what you are looking for it's probably out back and in the process of being restocked. Staff is super helpful and friendly.”
“This store makes me feel like family every time I visit them. I have been coming here for many years. Often the ladies at the front desk call me by my first name when greeting me. Sometimes I go in just for one or two small items. And sometimes for a truck load of stuff for a bigger project. Jen, Darlene, Angela, Brett, Cody, and Isaiah are just some of the AWESOME people at this store that I have the pleasure of communicating with on a regular basis.”
“Slow on "will call" like, I'd swear they don't pull it til you get there even if you call hours in advance. With that being said; awesome people, very friendly, clean store area. I'm pleased with what matters most right stuff onhand and approachable staff.”
“This store should be a customer service model for all businesses. The minute you walk in someone asks if they can help you find something. The staff is always knowledgable about whatever you ask of them. This store always seems to have whatever I need. Some items are a little pricier than the big stores but I've also found many times their prices were cheaper than Lowes - and it is certainly worth the convenience of not having to drive to Huber Heights or Trotwood. This store and its staff are outstanding in every respect.”

“Me and the family went to Home Depot to replace our barbecue grill. We went in and found the grill, We were looking 4 service was okay just to just disappointed that the grill cover didn't come with the grill as much as it costs, but in all services cool.”
“Personally I've always had better service here than at Lowe's store not quite as well stocked as Lowe's but the service makes up for it it's generally the fault of management when service is bad due to short staffing as it saves money paying employees”
