Everyone at kmg pharmacy are kind helpful they treat you like family no matter how busy they are they make time for each customer my husband and I will always be loyal as they have gone the extra mile for us they try and get every person that walks through their door a happy experience

The pharmacist and his wife are seriously so rude. Some of the most miserable people I’ve ever met. I will never use this pharmacy ever again, and if you like customer service and timeliness, you shouldn’t either!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Extremely unprofessional, extremely rude, and wildly unhelpful. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They never get me my meds on time, it takes hours for them to fill anything, they refuse to work with you in any sense. They wouldn’t even order meds for me! Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Go elsewhere.
KMG Pharmacy is located in Trotwood. We offer free delivery 5 days a week. We accept most insurances, and we are preferred on a majority of them. We offer immunizations including Covid-19 vaccine and booster. No appointment is needed. If fast friendly service is what you are looking for then look no further than KMG pharmacy.
