Outstandingly positive experience! I didn’t recognize my car at pickup as it looked so good! Nickie in particular went above and beyond to help make this as easy as possible. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and works well together. It was a pleasure to deal with people who care! Outstanding communications: They kept me informed throughout the process. Even better, the work was finished a day before promised!!! I can wholeheartedly recommend this Caliber Collision and would not hesitate to use them again.

Repairs , in my opinion weren't clean.. still have scuffs, and marks and a small dent.. not happy, I will definitely find another shop next time.. I knew I should have taken it to my local ford dealer when i was asked to sign a paper to use non OEM parts
