I am satisfied with them calling and letting me know prices. Delivery was very satisfactory. I am confused about all the charges on my bill. I will be calling about that before paying my bill.

Your customer service representatives are absolutely HORRIBLE! Your prices on propane are EXTRAORDINARILY high in comparison to all of the local propane companies.
