Very poor customer service and when you go to cancel their services they charge you $400 to pickup the old tank. Do yourself a favor and find a different company.

Company charges more to cancel service than to start service.
It is basically a national-level scam. Don't even think of using them for service.

Your customer service representatives are absolutely HORRIBLE! Your prices on propane are EXTRAORDINARILY high in comparison to all of the local propane companies.

Price was quoted at $1.62 per gallon than after all your other fees the price worked out to be $1.88 per gallon the price quoted should be with the fees not hidden

Been waiting a month for the tank to get moved off my property. Its still here. And u call and email and all u get is oo well sorry they didnt come the day they were suppose to but we Have u back on the list but Have noo date for u. So no the service and communication sucks and nothing is getting done
