I went in to get service for my tablet. Couldn't do that so decided to buy a new tablet. Asked what options that had and one employee told me one was $450 and the other was $130. Then Parker tried to charge me $280. When I asked why the price difference he told me that I didn't have to buy it. When I asked why would he tell me a different price. Parker told me that I didn't have to listen to the other employee. I said it was feeling like a scam. He tole me to leave. The other employee told me to go to Sydney and they would help me. The whole experience felt shady.

They even hand delivered my phone to my house after it was done transferring! So nice!

The folks here are way too good. They are goo's to me. This store is truly God's gift to Heaven and Earth. I know that I can always count in them. The finest store in all the land. If I could live there I would. My favorite thing to do there is buy things because they are good at selling things. If I had infinite cash I would spend every penny of it there. One time I had a problem with my phone and they fixed it! Can you believe that? Can't say enough good things about this store!

Ordered 2 new upgrades and they were being shipped to the troy store. 1 showed up and 1 didn't. They blamed ups delivering to the wrong address and said nothing they can do we need to call att which we did. They were to overnight a new phone which did not come. We find out it's because they added a new line and we did not accept the terms. They also gave me the address where the original phone was sent. The Troy store entered the wrong address for THEIR store. I went to that house and found the phone outside for 2 days and thru a rain storm. I took the wet box back to the Troy store and said I am not taking this phone and want one that wasn't rained on. The manager proceeded to open the box pull the phone out and activated it and said the phones fine..... terrible service, risking my personal safety to retrieve a phone they had sent to a wrong address... 4 lines on this account that dates back 20+years plus direct tv.... checking out dish and Verizon aa we speak

Went in with a broken phone, Carter hooked me up with a new one within 10 mins. Same color and everything, I highly recommend this place. Customer service is amazing.
