Recent staffing changes have made this place a lot more pleasant to treat at. They were thorough but kind and made me feel at ease. Instructions were easy to follow and the testing center itself is clean and tidy. Overall it was a great experience, given the overall stress of examinations in general.

Second time I’ve been to this facility. The new staff is excellent. The previous staff member was horrible and made my first experience here much worse than it should’ve been. The new proctor Lisa is great and proffessional!

Since the new couple took over the testing center is top notch, clean organized perfect conditions to take your exams. Thank you for making my experience a better one than in the past.
