Everyone I dealt with there was extremely professional. They were fast about getting back to me, and was able to solve my insurance problem inside of a day. They really listen to your insurance needs. Todd made me feel very comfortable asking questions and always explaining to me the answer in terminology I understood. Never any pressure either. I stopped to ask about Medicare and now they handle all my insurance needs. Top notch insurance group.Best in Troy.

Best insurance in Troy and surrounding areas! This agency is so kind and really goes the extra mile to be sure you’re protected, have the best rate possible and ensure you’re legal. From life insurance to auto and property. Even our out of state home is with them. They always shop around for us each year to again make sure we have the best coverage and best rates. I’ve never walked in here and not been greeted with a smile! 😊

I’m sorry, perhaps I should have been more specific as accountability is not your forte. Terrible service. Used them for years unfortunately. Consistently refused to do what was asked, claiming it wasn’t possible. Had terrible insurance coverage and rates, we put zero effort in finding a resolution. I made my last request very clear and allowed over a year to address it. Not one return phone call. Not one solution. Decided to shop around myself, which I thought is what I paid them to do. Within one day of contacting a different agent through a different company I had a much better outcome. With much better rates and coverage. Save your time, money and frustration and find an agent that actually works for you, not just it is what it is taking your money. I attempted to stay loyal even through the garbage coverage and rates. Last straw was the absolute negligence of customer service and lack of accountability. Untrustworthy and unprofessional.
