“Today I went into the troy location for the first time and needed something to accommodate convenience of having to go to a branch to make a loan payment every month or mailing out a coupon. The way I was explaining it was becoming confusing which then made responses confusing as well but the two ladies who helped me were so beyond patient and kind and trying their best to understand and help.
