CVS is a great place with friendly employees and a nice, clean store that usually has what customers are looking for. The pharmacy service is great, with staff described as friendly, professional, and on time. Prescriptions are reliable and the automated phone system makes refills super easy. Some customers note difficulty getting through on the phone, and in-store waits to speak with the pharmacy can be very long. Overall, it is a pleasant place to shop where the transition for services like vaccines is made easy and seamless.

CVS Troy employees are always friendly, kind, and helpful when I stop in to pick up my prescription meds and/or shop. Linda is so sweet and willing to help find items and use coupons and reward points.
