Easily the most wholesome and caring dealership I’ve ever dealt with. These folks aren’t trying to sell cars, they are building relationships. Every time I deal with them, I am reminded there’s still folks who know how to care for customers.

I can’t speak to their sales, but the service side was disappointing. I had someone I care about take her Chrysler here after other shops failed to diagnose the problem. I'm too far away to be any help, so with strong ratings online, I thought this dealer would be trustworthy. Instead, they told her the timing-related codes didn’t matter since parts had already been replaced and advised her to “just drive it” and if the light started flashing bring it back. That is not acceptable from a dealership that should know their own cars.
The Airbag light had been on as well. She was first told it would be handled at no cost because of a recall, then told it had nothing to do with a recall once she brought it in. Mixed messages, no clear answers, and no real effort to resolve serious issues.
I cannot recommend their service. If you own a Chrysler, take it elsewhere. Letting a customer drive with unresolved timing issues is unsafe and could have catastrophic effects on the engine and the way this was handled felt dismissive. For service here: beware, and good luck.

This place is amazing!! Dave Ring is the best dealer i have ever dealt with. My daughter desperately needed a car and he made it happen. It was so comfortable and easy dealing with him. He made her feel at ease with the process. He almost felt like family when we were talking with him. The process was quick and easy and the used vehicle we purchased is amazing. We bought 2016 jeep grand Cherokee and she's thrilled with it!! I 💯 would recommend Erwin Chrysler Jeep and Dodge for your next vehicle. I'm planning on coming back from Tennessee to purchase mine in the near future.

I needed service on my Jeep because I damaged it. Joey was very helpful, professional, and courteous. Everyone I encountered at Erwin was the same. Service was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I am now considering a new vehicle purchase from them because of this experience.
