Crazy Everything they get is a donation, but all of the prices in the store are one step below. Walmart blows my mind save your time don’t come here they like to price gouge everything.

New store, very clean. Lots of new but familiar household stuff.

This goodwill usually has great items but the pricing is OUTRAGEOUS. For things that are donated for FREE. I found a wicker basket wall decor set & they were priced individually ranging from 4.99-1.99 a piece. I asked the supervisor if they could sell them together for a lower price because I could buy a whole new set on Amazon for the same price they were going to charge for all. She replied “unfortunately that’s how our pricing works.” So I bought half and left the ugly ones. Still was $30 for 6 of them.

Very nice items until you meet the staff very poor customer service no working restrooms anywhere in the building supposedly cashier thought I was a threat and called for manger for no reason except my friend and I were talking about the fact we don’t believe they have NO!! Working restrooms anywhere in the building I wasn’t speaking to her I sorted my items by price to make it easier for her to ring up and she called the manger up absolutely crazy don’t butt into others conversation and then get afraid I don’t say boo to her until after she called the manger up then she told the manger she thought she should just be up here whatever won’t be going back disabled or not if u are that afraid of people don’t work as a cashier

It is sad that the prices at Goodwill a store where all items are donated are priced higher than item new in a box store. Items that are from Dollar Tree are even priced higher than at their store.

Troy’s Goodwill is way over priced. I go to Sidney’s and Piqua’s Goodwills and they are reasonable but for some reason Troy’s Goodwill is ridiculously high priced. It is a nice, clean store but refuse to pay $4.99 for a ceramic bowl that Walmart sells for $1.98. They need to seriously think about lowering their prices.

$2.99 for a bar of Irish spring. This place is outrageous on prices. Worst Goodwill ever

It's very clean in the store but also very warm. They don't seem to have air conditioning on. They have good organization in clothing, and most departments are well maintained. The supervisor Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. She took pride in what she was doing. Always smiling.
