Was there today for a haircut. Was checked in and sat down in the chair. The woman read the notes of my cut, I even told her how I wanted it and she acknowledged it with me. I told her that I didn't want it curved on the top sides. She began hacking at it like I was her enemy. Then being the guy that I am gave this butcher a $10 top. Never again, go somewhere else!! BTW, I think she is the manager!

Was recently in Troy and was walk in the Barber and Hair stylist there were awesome and did a good job .Also between between May 3 rd and May 9 th they are offering haircuts for $7.99 .

The employees consistently give a better haircut and service than the other location in Troy. I'd recommend going here every time.

Brenda is the store manager. She was rude and disrespectful! I requested Savannah because she did an amazing job on my hair last week and when I came in today after work, Brenda checked me in and I let her know I’ll wait for Savannah because she knows how to cut my hair the way I like it. Brenda walks off running her mouth that she knows how to cut hair. That’s why she’s here. Well last week everyone stood around looking at each other because I get a simple design in my hair and no one wanted to do it. Savannah stepped up to the plate. Then Brenda continued to run her mouth to other clients about how she’s here to cut hair and what not. Well I didn’t choose Brenda because like I’ve said 2 times already Savannah cut my hair perfectly! She was butt hurt about it and disrespect! I would NOT recommend Brenda she’s a hateful terrible person. Thank you for reading. Savannah is amazing I recommend her all day long.

Store is clean, music too loud and can hear other clients' conversations. I was taken right away when without checking in online. Price very reasonable.
