Needed a tire replaced, due to flat. Grismer was able to order the tired and replace it the following day. The customer service/front desk personnel were friendly. However, the price for 1 tire seemed extremely high & I had to return the following day, because the technician/mechanic failed to put my spare tire back where it belonged (up underneath my vehicle), he threw it in the back of my car, unsecured. Thankfully, they were quickly able to but my spare where it belonged.

I had a bit of an emergency with a tire on my veh.....they were very responsive and got me in rather quickly and repaired the tire....that found having to puncture holes.
I will not hesitate to return to to this store.......I was treated with respect and honesty........good people and good service. Could not ask for more.......thank you 👍
