New to Superior. I do my banking out of the Troy branch. Everyone there is very helpful and nice to deal with. It's been a big transition from HTM and with a little patience and the help of the people working there, it's been basically flawless.

It used to be with HTM if you had automatic payments, being taken out of your account that you could stop payment by calling or just tell the teller to stop the automatic payment. But, now you can’t. You have to call and wait online to find out that you have to pay $20 to have that done. Then you have to go back to the bank itself and sign a paper to confirm. I just wonder what they’re going to charge me the next time something occurs. I might have to find a new credit union.

The team at Superior Credit Union Troy, Ohio are top notch when it comes to personal interaction and assistance.Marla, Kristine, Tawnie and Beth all know me on a first name basis and we share not only banking information, but conversation about our lives and interests. The fact that we laugh and we share stories makes them seem more like friends and less like someone just "moving you along".The group made the transition from HTM Credit Union to Superior so smooth it felt like nothing had changed except for the website.I have 110% faith in this team and in this branch. Well Done !They all deserve a raise.

This bank robs people when your car payment isn’t do they still take money from your account. Changed name and now run it differently but failed to tell their members that their pay date would be changing. Changing banks immediately. Would never recommend these people if my life depended on it.

They are out off date and behind times. Probably will not be around long. Paid off the remainder of my auto loan $20,000 just to get away from them.

Oh Jesus where do I start with these incompetent individuals. They have managed to lose two auto titles. They reported false information and plummeted my fiancé and I’s credit scores. Not only are they rude, but they don’t even know their own policies and or follow them. They continue to deposit/transfer the wrong amount of money in accounts. When getting a secured card they continued to move my money from my checking to my savings back to my checking then charged me a fee from the system having to pull from my savings. At one point their system completely stopped working sometime in July and never deducted any money causing several people to be in the negatives and they did nothing about it. The ATM is barely ever available and working. I have been using this credit union for about three years and this is probably one of the worst credit unions I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. They are considering signing with superior so they sent out a letter asking for our opinions, meanwhile they pretty much are already merged with superior before asking for our consent in the first place, attempting to make banking members have a false idea they have a say in the decision. Absolutely stay away from this credit union and let them continue to dig their own grave at this point. Everyone is leaving.

I have been with HTM since 2009. HORRIBLE is to nice for the way this CU is noe. I am discusted with HTM since the sad passing of Jim Beck. The new management is absolutely incompetent. The nasty disposition, the inability to problem solve is absolutely unsettling. Horrible customer service and the merge has cause problems I don't suggest getting a loan here Jim had this CU the best.

My account was 40 cents short, and they still wanted to charge me $25 . I understand if it was a few dollars short. But glad I don't bank there anymore. The new ladies are not very friendly.

I've been a customer here for awhile, and they have always been very helpful. I wouldn't change where I do my banking for anything. If I have a question about anything all I have to do is call or send them an email and they get right back with me.

Seems like I know more information about banking then the actual employees. I’ve been at this bank for 10 years and it’s drastically went down hill since Jim died.

Horrible!!! Horrible customer service!! When Jim was there and the employees that were there with him it was the best credit union now it’s horrible and they are not there for the customers!! They act like they have new rules so they don’t have to help their customers but reality is all of their customers are leaving and going to abbey where you are treated right!! Do not bank here I repeat do not bank here!!! You will regret it!!
