Absolutely ridiculous, I have now payed out over $1900 dollars because they decided to send my taxes in by paper instead of electronically instead of using common sense to tell me that it’d be best to just not claim my dependent and file electronically so because they sent it in paper and the amount they adjusted wasn’t the amount I received they didn’t take their fees out until I came in to file this years taxes then tells me I have to pay last years fees and this years fees up front in order to file on top of having to pay state and local taxes for this year, if you live in Ohio use any tax preparer other than these people they don’t know what they are doing Abigail makes twenty calls per session to the people above her to get help because she has no clue what to do most the time.

Not a fan of the advertising of $149 no matter how complicated but then told that is only 1 w-2 for federal filing only. Cost me $316. Tax prep gal was nice enough but caused an extra hr or so due to putting in fake ss# and forgetting to ask for correct one before printing it all.
