I have been buying my books from Jay and Mary's since I could read always a positive expirence and helpful staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great read. Awesome value and selection. Pick out a new book and go on a new adventure.

Thank you Riley for helping me get my order shipped out! You went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get taken care of and I really appreciate it. Had a great experience with this book center and will not hesitate to come back for future John Scalzi Books.

Good independent bookseller. I've visited a couple of times while on vacation. If you are in town, it's worth checking them out.

This is a lovely little book store. I have been going here since I was a child and will continue to go here as long as possible. If you're looking for a bookstore run by kind, caring community based people, look no further!

This place was amazing! If you love books, you have to check it out. Mostly modern favorites, but nicely arranged and very cute atmosphere with coffee for sale to boot! We found something for everyone, including my baby and boyfriend who is not typically a reader.

The staff is wonderful and always helpful wheth they are ordering an odd book for me or finding a book series for my kids. The selection is always fresh and I can usually find anything I've heard about on NPR.

A great selection of all the books you'd expect, and great interesting choices that I didn't know existed. Love the layout of the store, and there is a coffee shop attached

I love Jay's and Mary's!My experience is always very pleasant! They have amazing books and good prices! BUT ! One of the clerks (description) older lady, with short brown hair cut in a bob, and glasses. She is always super rude. No customer service at all. And quite frankly it shatters my Jays and Marys experience. The very kind gentlemen with the glasses is always super helpful and very nice.

Poor experience, employees didn't acknowledge my wife or I's existence, guess they don't like black people? They also have a large pagan and satanic literature section, absolutely abhorrent.

What a wonderful bookstore! I ran in for one item and found myself traveling up and down every aisle exploring the beautiful selection. I was particularly intrigued by the children’s section where I found high-quality literature to help develop young minds. I managed to easily find the one item I was looking for and several more. The staff was kind and very knowledgeable of the books in the store. It was obvious that the employees are well read and love the product they sell. In the future, this will be where I go to first when I’m looking for literature needs!

Everyone's friendly and happily helpful if needed. Otherwise, let you roam til your hearts content. It's always clean welcoming and has an excellent variety of wonderful books and special toys and book additives .A truly uniquely beautiful place to visit and coffee next door. What more could a body want.

The people who work at this book store are very snarky and rude. From the moment we walked in they turned to each other with looks of disgust. I would not purchase anything from a store who employs people of this poor quality. There is amazing book stores in the area who do not discriminate against people.

Employees are rude to both adults and children. (Rolling eyes, snappy, short answers when asked questions, no hello welcome to our store, etc...) Don't seem as if they like to be bothered. Store doesn't have that wide of a selection.
