Jay is more of a sales advocate than a typical car salesman. If you intend on buying a car, he'll do everything he can to make sure you're taken care of. It has also been my experience that this dealership is very fair on pricing. In fact, they beat every other dealership in a 50mi radius by thousands. 10/10!

I want to personally thank Jabob Shepard the owner of Chevrolet of Troy for handling the problems that I had with the Chevrolet Corporation, Long story, but here's the short version, I bought a new 2025 Equinox RS from Chevrolet of Troy and I wanted a trailer hitch installed, his mechanics partially installed the hitch but,,, the manufacturer, (the Chevrolet Corp in Detroit) failed to make all the parts for it, The rear bezel was missing leaving a large hole in me bumper, we both tried numerous times and months to get the company to supply one, but it didn't happen. Jacob took my vehicle back to the Body Shop took the hitch off and replaced the bumper. Plus he is refunding all costs for the hitch and installation. Now that's customer service at its best. Thank you, Jacob and I will be returning to your dealership to by a new truck in the future

The service I have received here has been exceptional. Modern cars-- especially modern cars that are getting higher in the miles and further from their production date-- can be very stressful to own. Chevrolet of Troy always manages to fix my issues no matter how strange and nebulous they seem to be. They make realistic projections, keep you updated on progress, and aware of your options. They aren't always my closest option but they are my first choice.
