The store is nice, however, stay away from the Sephora. Every time I’ve bought something from their Sephora, it ends up being expired.

live 20 miles away and got home with purchase and realized the clerk didn't take the security tag off. Another 40miles and two hours it will take me to right this situation.

I waited nearly ten minutes for a Sephora employee to finish a private conversation about her husband with a friend/customer (in the middle of the store.. loudly..) Then I get informed that what I thought was a $20 product (because it was fully stocked in the $20 section for that product, so apparently they weren't stocked properly) was actually $40.. and that I couldn't use Kohl's cash! I was incredibly frustrated and disappointed. What a nightmare. I don't think I'll be back to this location, which as a Kohls Card MVC is really disappointing.

The time I went to the store, the store was clean and there was customer service everywhere. I like the self check and the customer service was great there as well.
