We have been with Koverman Staley Dickerson for nearly 30 years and they have always been helpful, prompt, and given us good advice even when the claim was not going to be with them. Over the years they've helped us through a large storm damage claim as well as a new car caught in a flash flood, and most recently even gave us advice on handling claims with other insurance companies in two separate, not-at-fault accidents. Highly recommend.

As a business owner, I would never do business with this company and as a homeowner, I would be weary. This company is a fraud. My grandfather passed away and they put me through hell trying to get coverage on his house told me that there was no insurable interest along with The lady on the phone being very rude and inconsiderate of my situation. She told me that she couldn’t speak with me, even though I am the trustee of the estate..

I have loved having Marquita at Koverman Staley Dickerson Insurance as my insurance representative over the past several years. I feel that she goes above and beyond expectations at times to ensure my best interests. Marquita keeps me well informed and she welcomes questions. Recently, I was buying a home which was a For Sale by Owner property. This was a new experience for me. I unknowingly had not passed on necessary information to Marquita so she could get a home owner's policy in place before the bank called her. She was patient and kind as she guided me through the process-though it was a last minute experience for her.
