The employee in the pipe fitting area was very helpful. He had suggestions for completing my project. He showed me fittings I didn't know were available.

I have had Lowes mix paint before and it's usually perfect! This time I think a tiny bit lighter but pretty good. I was disappointed tho, they didn't carry the texturing grit since the wall is textured.

Lowes says they care about Vets and says Vets will be given a discount. So as Vet, I go there because they support veterans, and they the item I want are not on the list for discount. When they show me, they say vets get discounts and then don't keep their word,that is disrespect for Vets.

I wanted flex tool boxes and accessories was told they would not carry i just purchased over 900.00 in flex tools (and very happy with)the employee started tilling me it's all junk and i should have bought dewalt if he worked for me i would have fired him on the spot

Lowes Troy, Ohio. The young lady at the return desk was rude and short on Wednesday evening 11/22/2023. This is my second bad experience at this store while returning something. Treating customers with respect is essential in todays retail market. I will drive to Sidney or Huber Heights to go to Lowe’s. I tried to return a perennial that is supposed to be under warranty for a year. First the young girl said she can’t return it because there is a 30 day return on plants. I asked when the policy changed as there had always been a 1 year guarantee on perennials. She said it’s always been 30 days. I asked to speak to a manager. A manager came to the desk and said they could return it however they needed the original tag. I had the receipt and the dead plant but didn’t save the tag. I have returned perennials in the past with only the dead plant and the receipt. The manager said she couldn’t do it. I left Troy and went up the highway to another Lowe’s and returned the plant without a problem. I was working with Lowe’s in Troy on a kitchen remodel. I will change the store for my remodel and give my business to the store that took care of me.

I gave 1 star because I had to but my experience was actually a -5 stars. I will never shop at this store (Troy, OH) again. We purchased a few bundles of shingles less than a week ago but came up one bundle short. I went back today to purchase one more bundle. They were in the entryway and were on sale (as they were when previously purchased) at $7.89. They rang up as .02 cents. I even told the cashier that I would not pay that as I knew they were more than that. She MANUALLY put in the sale price of $7.89 and they STILL came up as .02 cents. More phone calls and 20 minutes later the cashier took the shingles off of the counter and told me that she "couldn't sell these shingles" to me. I was left without an offer to get another bundle of shingles for the same price. Just a "sorry about your luck" basically. The product was AT THE STORE with a PRICE TAG on it but I was NOT able to purchase because they couldn't get it to ring up right in their computer system. ???? I won't be back. Home Depot for me from now on.

Very helpful nice store they don't hound you like all the other Lowe's do you can actually shop without them being on top of you the whole time but if you need help they will help you if you know what I mean and you can always find their spray paints for like next to nothing on their clearance that you really had to look for him but you'll find like one or two that are priced very cheap

Absolutely horrible service. Bought a refrigerator which was supposed to be delivered in the middle of May. There has been delay after delay after delay. It is now June 13th and today was supposed to be the day we finally received the fridge. I called just to make sure because of the repeated hassles we've experienced with these guys. I am told it will be delayed 5 more days until the 18th! This is absolutely ridiculous. They blame the vendor/manufacturer rather than take responsibility, but it is YOU Lowe's, who decides to do business with companies that create hassles for your customers.SAVE YOURSELF THE REPEATED HEADACHES AND FRUSTRATION AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR KITCHEN APPLICANCES!Waiting now for a superfluous reply from Lowe's to this review...something to the effect of "sorry you've had such a bad experience" followed by a bunch of empty words....wait for it....

The Troy Lowe's was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I purchased a Kohler product, paint, and several LED replacement fixtures and loaded them into my car. Great job!
