My partner and I came in maybe an hour and a half or so before close, Cade was there working and was quick on his feet to help us start figuring out the best bed for us. This was our first mattress purchase so we weren't too sure on what all we were looking to get add on wise or just in general! Cade really sold us on the Elite Hybrid High Point II and we are just beyond happy and excited with the choice. Definitely recommend this location as far as comfortability with their sales people as well as great options and deals!

Andrew sold us the ideal full-size bed set for my elderly dad who has been recently moved to an assisted living facility. When I later had questions prior to delivery, Jacob clarified and resolved my issue quickly.

Went in in a hurry to get a queen bed frame for my son to get his mattress off the floor before he came home from the hospital. Was quick and he helped carry to my car. No complaints at all.

Our salesman, Jacob, was very friendly & knowledgeable. He was not pushy about making a sale. The store was busy but he took his time with us plus others. I would recommend the Troy store of looking for a new mattress. I give the store 5 stars out of 5.
