“Jacob really cared about my needs. He was very knowledgeable, patience, great at explanations and just gueinuenly a nice guy. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a matress or an adjustable bedframe. I went to 5 mattress/ furniture stores today and Jacob and his boss ( don't recall her name) were amazing and had the best customer service skills out of all the places I went today. Thanks Jacob!!”

“We had a great experience with Frances Furniture. They held the furniture while we moved into our new house and the delivery guys always called ahead and were polite and respectful. I feel we received a good deal from our salesperson Carmen.”
