So the customer service at Meijer has gone fishing. And they have a massive array of robots but not real humans to take money out of the community but not return it in the form of wages. I'm not amused with how they treat their employees. I'm not amused with how they seem to view the larger community. Trying to avoid them now.

The produce is the worse! I've stopped buying from Meijer due to what I had been buying, spoiled after 2 days. Groceries are too expensive to toss in trash. So, I shop at Krogers and Aldi's for my produce. Seems to be better and lasts longer...

I called to as a person at your service desk if you carried Esther Price candy? And the person on the service desk said, carry what? I said do you carry Esther Price Candy? And she said, how do you spell that? I said, don't tell me you don't know what I'm talking about. She said, no I don't know what you're talking about, I'm sorry. Let me look it up. Now, what is it you said you were looking for? I said to her, you are on the customer service desk, and you can't help people. You have no idea what I'm talking about. This is ridiculous, I said. You have no business being on the customer service desk when you can't help people. I finally said, get me a manager. So she got me a got me a grocery manager who helped me. This is just ridiculous and awful to put someone on your service des( who is obviously untrained, doesn't have a clue about what is going on, and is obviously not able to help customers.

I was in there looking to buy some hats when I lady yelled at me and said I couldn't be in the mobility scooter and after I told her I had brittle bone syndrome she told me I was lying and said I had to leave or else she would call the cops

Nice store compared to other Meijer stores. It is cleaner, smoother, and easy to navigate

It's official after living in Troy for 2 years and going to that store several times I can say that there is consistent racial profiling. So if you are or look like a Hispanic or minority you will have to contend with a tail walking behind you and watching you from the minute you get into till the minute you leave the store. I am not ok with this so I will not shop there again or in any store that treats me like that.
