I went here for OSU gear when I visited Ohio. I found some great stuff. Site was clean and staff was very friendly. Would have been a 5 star but how do you still not have fitting rooms to try things on? That’s just silly and an associate told us it was bc of covid? Other than that the store was great.

Placed a pickup order and arrived to pickup. Entered my name and spot number at 5:03PM. 3 others arrived at 5:15Pm and their orders came out within 5 minutes. I have now been waiting 30 minutes, it’s still not here. Had another order in at another store which they cancelled because I couldn’t get there in time. Never shopping here again!

Best fresh produce in Troy. A produce department employee used to cut the carrot tops off so I could take them home for my birds. That's what customer service means.
One star off cuz I don't like the Meijer discount system you need to use now. Too confusing for me!

I want to start off by saying that I enjoy shopping at Meijer even though they are more pricey than some other stores. The store is clean and well maintained. The reason for my review, however, is that it is absolutely ridiculous to sell clothing and NOT have dressing rooms opened. One employee told me that the store recommends we purchase the items and then go to the bathroom to try them on. Ridiculous! Then, a manager told me that unfortunately due to COVID as well as people doing inappropriate things in the dressing rooms, they have decided to close them permanently. She also told me that they don’t want cross contamination. There’s more cross contamination if someone tries them on in the bathroom or takes it home to try on. She told me that 1 person can ruin it for all. In life, yes, this is true. I totally get that. But for a store to sell clothing and then have no way of allowing people to try them on before purchasing it, it’s ridiculous! If you’re going to sell clothing, have a way for people to try them on so that we know if we really like the item. Don’t make it more difficult and inconvenient for people to shop. Pay an employee to work the dressing room areas so that these inappropriate things don’t happen. Once again, I usually really like Meijer, but won’t purchase clothing here again.
