Booking appointment was easy. Vet was on schedule so this piece was great. Received a prescription for flea meds which has been declined and cancelled from the on-line store because they need to see our pets first. They gave me the prescription after our 7/13 appointment and as of 8/12, I still haven't gotten the prescription they gave me to go through. We even called customer service and it still got cancelled. This is not worth the hassle!!!

We were given prescriptions for Heartguard Plus and for Nexguard Chewables. I was told that the prescriptions would be for a 6 month supply plus a refill. The prescriptions we received ended up being for a one month supply with 12 refills. This is not what I was told I would get. This means I have to order a refill every month instead of every 6 months which is going to cost me more and is a big inconvenience. I was also told that the wait after my dog received his vaccines would be about 10 minutes and it ended up being closer to 30 minutes. I have emailed Vetco customer service but have not heard back yet.

My dog is really fearful and reactive towards strangers. This was his first time going to the clinic and I was a little worried he wouldn't cooperate. He usually ends up muzzled at the primary vet's office. I told the Petco vet tech that my dog may need muzzled, but they didn't seem too concerned. They were so great with him, and the whole process went way more smoothly than I had imagined it would. Great experience, friendly staff. I will definitely continue to use the clinic for annual vaccines and have recommended it to friends and family.

Recption was poor.told to wander atound the store for 20 minutes. I guess they do the best they can but something should be done if you really want happy customers.

Do not like this place for dog grooming. I had my rabies vaccine paperwork and they wouldn't groom him today. I even told them to confirm vaccine to call my vet. Nope not happening. I'm done with this place!!

Been coming here for several years for walk in nail trim which they advertise on their website .. They do not accept appointments for just a nail trim so walk in it is .. I was never overly pleased but the only place near by so I continued on .. In the last year or so they have gotten worse in the walk in opportunity .. Three times in a row I have gone the same as always and 1st of 3 open but no one there .. Waited 45 min .. No one showed .. 2nd of 3 a week later closed due to groomer not showing up .. 3rd of 3 open but no one there, waited again no one showed .. The very helpful young lady from the store said she had no idea where she is or when she's coming back .. She said they are independent contractors that do not answer to the store so they just come and go as they please .. Well the website says grooming open 8 - 5 so shouldn't someone be there??? Very very annoying and frustrating .. Looking for other choices ..

If you are looking to reschedule take your dog here. First attempt they had a groomer get injured after waiting to get my dog groomed 2nd attempt they scheduled me before the store even opened DONT GET YOUR PET GROOMED HERE

Worst Petco I've ever been in. Always been a HUGE fan of this store- until I visited the Troy, Ohio location. Try my hardest to avoid this location but sometimes it's just impossible. There wasn't another person in the store hopefully the word is getting out- BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Reptiles are all dehydrated... Snake had a complete shed stuck to it. I went there to buy emergency feeders for my reptiles and they were all dead... Then I saw some crested geckos I liked ...asked for help the guy working acted like he was too busy to help... I wish I could give zero stars... I would say this place is OK if you need a bag of dog food or some dead feeder insects... That's just all I saw ... I was in there for 5 mins and left upset...

Great location for all your pets needs from fish to pocket pets to dog and cats. They've got a great salon with a full experienced staff to give your pup the pampering they deserve. They also offer positive dog training, top notch Veterinary service and friendly employees :)

We stopped in for some cat supplies. This was my first visit to this store. My first impression was that it didn't smell like other pet stores I've been in. It had a pleasant smell! The woman at the check out was most helpful and pleasant. Prices were fair. I'll be back.

My only complaint about this petco is that the woman who checked us out seemed kind of rude and uninterested in her job. And she didn't put my Betta in a bag for me and just left him in the little container we bought him in. I would've appreciated a bag so that I could put the bag in the aquarium so he could adjust to he temperature better. But other than that everything was great. Nothing here was extremely overpriced and they had a pretty good selection of pets, all of which seemed very well taken care of and were in very nice and clean enclosures. The bettas were amazing! All different types of bettas were there, even butterfly and koi bettas. The different breeds cost a little more as they are rare but not overly expensive. The bettas all seemed very healthy compared to other pet stores in the area. Here is some pictures of the beautiful koi Betta I found here.

My kids love to go in and look at the kitties, gerbils, mouse, lizards, and fishies. We get mealworms and crickets for our leopard gecko's there. We got the full terrarium kit there, they had a special that made it a good deal. It is also a good place for kitty scratch things (so my wife/kids cats don't tear my carpet up as much), and accessories. If my kids are delighted, then I'm delighted; and we are delighted with Petco.
