Tried closing my account at the S. Dorset/W. Main St location in Troy. I encountered an issue with the new black branch manager. It was a pure nightmare. Lack of professionalism coupled with no or poor training. The good tellers don't stay there. The turn over rate at this branch is worse than a McDonald's.This manager should try and get her old job back from whatever prison she formally worked at.GO ELSEWHERE!!!! 5th/3rd

Maybe reviews will make someone listen, the tellers are amazing, every single one of them. Simply because they were NOT taught by the Manager at this branch. The manager at this branch knows nothing of morals and values, selflessness or the decency a human being should. The tellers and teller-leads deserve better than who they have. They deserve a teacher, a partner and a team mate. Not the reason they don’t want to want to go to work the next day.
