“Very prompt and caring USPS. My family and I went for passports and the manager Jason was very kind and patient while we went through the paperwork. I noticed that they got the line moving as soon as it started to form while doing our paperwork. Highly recommend.”
“We hadn't received our mail during this last week because of weather. I called the US Post office and let them know our issue. Within 30 minutes, the Piqua office, April, called me. She explained why the mail hadn't been delivered during that time and we had the choice of waiting for it to be delivered or pick it up. We let her know we would pick it up today. Before my husband or l had a chance to get ready to leave the house, the mail lady was pulling up to our mailbox. It was nice to see see our post office employees step up for us. Thank you April 😁”

“I came in today to get a passport done, and while waiting in line I watched a lady ask for one of the employees to put what looked like over 40 shipping stickers on a package as a joke for whoever would be receiving it. All I can say is that man Mitchel has the patience of monk guru with a happy meal. He then proceeded to help me fill out my passport form and was very helpful. Wonderful experience”
