I went today , February 16th, 2024. Connie was so amazing at helping find the right contour I needed , and Caroline was super nice asking if we needed any help etc. These two ladies were DELIGHTFUL and SO nice . If I could’ve had 2 ladies help me find anything for the rest of my life , it would be these two. I cannot write a good enough review about them. And they were super caring about our safety and reminding us to be safe going home as we’re in the middle of a blizzard . I wish I could tell Connie how much she made my day. She was a delight to be around . Everyone needs a Connie in their lives . Be like Connie ❤️

WOW GIRLS ARE AO HELPFUL! I have been into this location several times! Madelyn, Stacy, Connie and Abby are SO knowledgeable about products. They are all patient and kind!!! Love these girls ?? They’re the only reason I visit Troy Kohl’s!!!!!!

I have been to this Sephora twice now and it has the worst customer service. The staff stands around talking to each other and are not helpful with helping find a product you are looking for. I will stick to ordering my products online. I do not recommend.
