My experience was horrible today in Troy Oh location I walked in and try to sign in because they have done away with kiosk which is easier faster. To get a older lady with glasses walk up hi I can help you so I stop and try to erase info I just entered on the the tablet while I was doing that she proceeded to talk to the gentleman that came in behind me so I was standing there and she was kept talking to him then I proceeded she walked past me with the guy that came in behind so I stood in the floor like ok three other employees standing there looking at me I don’t know maybe they thought the same too she was supposed to be waiting on me when one of the employees asked if I’d been help I said no I thought I was but she ended up taking the guy behind me then she & her customer made some remark and laughed and I told her she was just simply rude. Just wow!!

Didn’t visit actual store, used over the phone customer service to help my in-laws who got COMPLETELY taken advantage of. Were told their bill would be $160 due to switching fromtime Warner and new equipment would be sent out. Over a month of waiting and no equipment, call again, finally arrived, get it installed and bill is over $200 and they took away premium channels. Spent over an hour on the phone today to learn “oh so sorry there isn’t anything that can be done the first offer you were given the system won’t allow so it was cancelled” SERIOUSLY?!?! This is some MAJOR BS.....how can you run a company like this? Or call anyone a “customer service” representative? They made the mistake and my in laws have to pay for it...all on a fixed income nonetheless....

They dont care for the safety of their customers during the Corona Virus spectrum refused to allow me to pay online or over the phone payments causing me to fall behind on payments then during the lock downs they tried to force me to leave my home to pay in cash at locations that were not open due to the Virus I cant even Express my level of frustration with this company and I will be getting ahold of my state legal offices to see what legal action I may take against them for their pure negligence for public safety and health.

Customer service is terrible, be prepared to get a substantial rate hike at 1 year. It is getting harder to talk to them about bringing your rate down. My router went bad and they sent me to the store. It says they close at 8. They close at 6. Literally every single time I need customer service, stuff like this happens.

Signed in, waited 20 minutes had to leave. Did not realize the wait would be 20 plus minutes. Not a place to go when you have a short lunch break. The offer a reservation but, when I was there, no one had one. We were waiting around while 2 people took care of customers.
