Called this place to get information on a van and they were giving bare minimum information. I tried calling back 3 times in 1 day and they stopped answering my calls. Not a place I'd want to do business with if this is how they treat customers

Very unprofessional I wanted talk price due the vehicle having excessive blow by and excessive white smoke out of the exhaust. Also the vehicle is priced at way more than normal for similar vehicles in similar condition. I was talked out of the door as soon as I mentioned price. Very rude and said the vehicle was in great running order just after I took the oil cap off and seen the excessive smoke and pressure. I couldn’t believe how quickly I was met with a rude attitude. I was ready to buy it that day if they would have moved alittle on price and I wasn’t even given the time of day. They couldn’t sell a fish water.

Their hands-off, no pressure sales approach was much appreciated. I was able to take several long looks at the same car, and no salesperson was hanging around trying to sell it to me. They also agreed to have this car re-detailed at my request, even though they did not have a guarantee that I would purchase it.

I picked up a clean, solid work van at a fair price. Steve was easy to deal with and Gina’s a pro. She made me feel right at home, helped me out with a ride to drop off my rental, and had me in and out in no time at all. I’ll be calling them again when I’m ready for the next one.

I was in the market for a super duty truck. Basically a blank bank check in my pocket. Called ahead of time, they seemed nice. It had an unusual liftgate on it so when I got there I asked the lady if she would show me how it works so I could make sure it suited my needs in a truck. First thing that came out of her mouth was "are you purchasing the vehicle cause I dont want to waste my time". All I could do was literally laugh out loud and say "you know what miss, I think ill go somewhere else, because the first thing you did was imply id waste your time have a nice day!" You can have two stars instead of 1 because the vehicle did seem relatively accurately descripted on the website. I was in the lot all of 90 seconds hadnt even started the truck yet and she opened with that. Good luck in future sales and hope you dont talk to everyone this way!

Called and text took 2+ hrs for a reply Gina benge asked what vehicle I was interested in and then never replied back after that and removed the vehicle one star review for poor customer service and communication

Really don't have anything bad to say even if i tried to find something. Dealt with them under the Troy Auto Group name and again under Stoltz Motors. Clean vehicles and usually fair on trade in values, will be going here again soon!

Place is a joke lol tried to devalue and say my trade had multiple minor flaws such as a few paint chips, minor dings, etc. when the car I was interested in trading for was basically in the same condition! Would not recommend in shopping here unless you want to be overpaying for something you could get at an auction that is not inflated in price to overly pay these people!
