I used this facility for over 10 years. Very clean and very safe. I NEVER had a problem. I called in every month to pay my bill, instead of paying online, just to have a nice conversation with Mr. Mark. I highly recommend!

Employee who answered all my initial questions was polite and professional. Price is on par with other storage units. Place is clean and in a safe location. Online payment is simple and easy to use. Will use again in the future if needed.

Moving into the Troy area from out of state and needed to find a storage unit and a outdoor spot for a small boat. I called a week in advance and Mark held the final open unit for me until I got there the following week. Very organized process to rent the units and good security to enter and exit.

Reserved a unit online. Went into the office and spoke with Jeff. He was VERY polite and getting everything signed up and ready was a breeze. The place is very secure and the unit was clean. Highly recommend this place.
