I just want to give a huge shout out to Tire Discounters in Troy, Quinten Grove & Matt, you gentlemen helped me yesterday with my car and I just want to say I appreciate that so much. I’m just an old lady and sometimes it’s hard for me to get the help that I need. I had to go to five different places yesterday and finally you gentlemen took care of me and anyone who needs car work done go to them! Thank you again.

I made an appointment at the Troy Ohio location and they were absolutely swamped with customers today. It took longer than I anticipated and I know longer than they wanted it to take, but every employee was hustling to get every customer taken care of.

I am not impressed with the service I have received from here. Will definitely go somewhere else in the future. First things First was i dropped my car off Saturday morning and they said it wouldn't be done till Monday. I said okay that is fine. Saturday at 3:52pm , 8 minutes before they close they called saying my car was done and ready to be picked up. So I waited till Monday since I couldn't get there in 8 minutes. Monday comes around and I get dropped off to pick up my car and they said it is not ready and it needs a new tire. I said go ahead with the new tire. They came back and said you need a new rim too. So I am convinced they never looked at my car till I arrived on Monday. So I am now figuring out how to get to work when I could've called off to deal with this whole situation. Not happy with the service and they are denying sending the message saying the car is done even though I have proof and showed them the message.

We come here for tires and service on our car,truck and camper usually fast but sometimes swamped. Prices about same as other places almost $100 for an oil change on a 4 cylinder. Cheaper than a honda dealership and more professional than some some cheaper grease monkey specials out there. Nice waiting room

5 stars aren't enough. After a horrible experience at another tire discounters(Harrison) I was at a loss but Kevin convinced me it would be worth the trip. I will happily make the hour drive everytime to know my truck is in great hands. His customer service just went above and beyond!

Took my truck to get new tires and Tyler was a huge help.. he got me the best price he could which was way cheaper then I thought it was gonna be. They got me in quick and back on the road fast. Thanks Tyler for all your help I’d definitely recommend you guys and will be back in the future.

If there was a way to leave a 10 star review I would do it. The staff here is always very mindful of my time and to make sure I’m taken care of. Kevin especially goes above and beyond. He’s very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. There are plenty of other TD locations closer to me but I always make sure to give my business to this location!

Absolutely love going to this shop feel like my truck is in good hands really trust the shop as a whole and working with Tyler up front makes the transaction smooth. Want somewhere you can just take it get it fixed and relax not worrying about anything else take it to this local shop in Troy!!!

Went in to get my wife’s car re-aligned after an accident she had. Right when we walked in we were politely welcomed in by Tyler, he asked exactly what was wrong and what we needed got us in and got her car done fast and efficient and drives perfectly to this day 3 months later!!
